Nicole Del Valle

Nicole Del Valle is currently a senior inbound logistics analyst at Reyes Holdings, Reyes Beer Division. Nicole has 5 years of logistics experience, serving under two giants in the industry: Coyote Logistics and Reyes Beer Division. At Coyote, she was an Operations Lead/Manager for two high profile enterprise accounts: Pregis Innovative Packaging and Heineken USA. As a 3rd party TMS provider and an extension of their supply chain/transportation department, collaboration, high-tech, operational efficiency, and data analysis was at the forefront of business relationships for the accounts. This customer-focused and consultive role gave partners hybrid market knowledge. At Reyes, Nicole is now responsible for overseeing the management of RBD’s operations team and manages relationships for over 300 supplier partners, 40 private fleet teams, and 100 3rd party carriers who help execute business plan and strategy. 

Prior to diving into logistics, Nicole held various roles within education, focusing on community service, engagement, and youth outreach in Chicago and California. She’s worked directly with BUILD Chicago, ASPIRA, Pomona College Academy for Youth Success (PAYS), Claremont Unified School District, and Pomona Unified School District. Nicole is passionate about integrating business with community and career advancement for women in the industry. Nicole works on driving inclusivity in her work environment.
