CLCF Leadership Academy

We want to create a world where people truly understand themselves and others, and are inspired to make a positive difference in everything they do.

The Chicago City Council Latino Caucus believes in engaging and mobilizing the next generation of leaders from all industries. In response to a pressing need for Latino leadership development, the Chicago Latino Caucus Foundation (CLCF) launched its Leadership Academy in 2018.
