Jeremy Tirado

Jeremy Tirado is an Immunology Specialist at Syneos Health. Jeremy comes to the team with 1+ years experience as a Pharmaceutical Sales representative for Syneos Health and 6+ years of Logistics experience as an Operations/Account Manager within the tech-centric department, CTM, at Coyote Logistics – A UPS Company. At Syneos Health, he mainly focuses on maximizing new business opportunities for health providers while developing trust and credibility for the therapeutic products he is presenting and their usage for their patient population. At Coyote he was an Operations Manager and partnered with the customer Pregis as a 3rd-party TMS provider and extension of their logistics/transportation department. This was a customer-focused collaborative & consultative role helping to build internal and external relationships, locate continuous improvement opportunities, drive operational efficiency, establish data and reporting visibility, and improve upon the tech solution product presented to Pregis. 

Jeremy was recently appointed the Midwest District Customer Experience Representative to help facilitate and train employees appropriate account management/relationship building for potential account growth opportunities. He was also a ‘Level Up’ Contest winner in Q2. Along with this experience, he also grew within Coyote within the same department until promoted to Manager where he oversaw a team of 10. He has been a part of multiple successful implementations and projects while overseeing the department’s 2nd highest revenue-generating account out of 60 accounts nationwide. 

Jeremy is a graduate of Denison University in the small town of Granville, OH where he was a member of the baseball team. 

Jeremy comes from a public service family where his father has retired from the Chicago Police Dept. and is currently serving a leadership role at OEMC, his brother within the Chicago Fire Dept., and his mother a Supervisor within Cook County Probation. In his spare time, he loves attending Cubs games, staying active with boxing or softball, trying new restaurants and traveling when he can.
