Frida Palacios

Frida Palacios is a Strategic Projects Analyst at Hines, a leading global real estate developer, investor, and management firm with approximately $100B in assets under management, with a focus on research to unlock ventures in new markets and high-level corporate strategy enablement.

Known for her passion for the built environment, Frida believes in the impact of intentional design. She believes there is great responsibility in the foundational concept that everyone interacts with their environment. She believes there is transformative power in the decision and strategy behind what is developed where.

With a deep love for architecture and global economics, Frida was drawn to real estate development to contribute to the growth of communities and individuals. Outside of work, she is also a founding member of Arquitinas, a mentorship organization for aspiring Latina women, and a co-author of Latinas in Architecture: Stories of Raising the 1% One Latina at a Time.

Frida holds a Master’s in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign with an concentration in Urbanism.
